First make sure all the people involved in the accident are fine, if not call the respective emergency service and make sure everyone is away from the street. Fill the appropriate accident sheets.

Drive slower and more carefully, but mostly looking out for other drivers that might slide because a lot of inexperienced tourists will be around that have neverdriven on icy roads before.
Depending on the conditions I will drive more careful than normal or if the conditions are very bad I will stop the bus services.
Monitor how other busses/ vehicles were handling the situation and proceed accordingly. Call it into control desk to advise other drivers.

Slow down carefully and try to maintain a safe distance between myself and the vehicle in front of me.
Be calm and give the way to the passenger vehicle without causing more traffic and making sure all the passenger are safe.
Make sure my passengers are ok and that we can oroceex.

What defensive driving techniques do you use? How do you feel it makes you a better driver?
I feel we compete with MAC due to the quality of product. The qualities are very similar, and both companies come out with many different things through out the year.
Respect the speed limit, respect the distance establish by the law and always drive concentrate in the street.
Using this techniques I will reduce the error margin when drive.
