You want to avoid saying that you want to work for their company because the pay and benefits are better than other companies. If the interviewer feels you are only interested in the monetary aspect of the job and not the company itself, they may pass you over for another candidate.

I've read up on Orange Counties goals within the building inspection department, and they align with mine, and I would like to be apart of it. I have recently passed my ICC tests for Residential Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing. I will be taking my Electrical test within the next two weeks, and I have already signed up for the Commercial (B2) test. This job will start me on a successful path to where I want to be in my career, and it will take advantage of my specific management skills and accurate record keeping."
