2. How do you handle stress and pressure?

1. I handle stress and pressure by looking at the bigger picture, and seeing how the situation at hand can make me a better person.
2. It depends on the situation, I always make sure all my other colleagues are aware of the situation because telling no one doesn't help.
3. I feed off of pressure. The higher the stakes, the more focused I am. Stress gives me headaches, but besides that, it's just another form of pressure.

1. One time when I went above and beyond was when doing a service project for one of my classes. We only had to do ten hours of community service but the group I was part of enjoyed what we were doing. We ended up doing more than double the required amount of time.
2. I will always give a 100% in whatever I do. When I started at the first hotel I worked at I started as a waitress but because I took it upon myself I completed all the paperwork as it wasn't up to date, re-made all the training manuals and trained the staff I was soon promoted to Head of Department on Breakfast and Restaurant.
3. Went I was doing something else that took me a lot of time.
4. When I was doing a small coding project in school, we were simply meant to design a small Flappy Bird game. I however, not only coded my mimic, but added custom dangers, sounds, environments, sprites and a new game over screen. My teacher was very impressed.
5. Things was not getting done from out leader, I approached him with new ideas and we were able to accomplish without making him feel I was intruding.
5. What was your biggest failure?

1. My biggest failure was in high school. We were in the game to go to state for football and our quarterback got hurt. We ended up losing by a few touchdowns but I still view it as a failure because we could not advance to state.
2. My biggest failure was not starting college when I wanted to, I could have my Associates degree right now.
3. I never see anything as a failure I class it as life experience.
4. My biggest failure was to repeat advance level.
5. When I left my friend go into a private property unattended. He ended up fighting with the locals and getting arrested. I will never forgive myself for taking my eye off him. He was only 13.

1. About a year ago some co-workers of mine got into a verbal altercation about the best NBA player, it almost got physical. I was in the office with them on the computer, I started looking up stats and showed them that both players were good in different aspects of the game.
2. Due to my extensive experience in the hospitality industry I have adapted to many different scenarios within my career for example, we had an ethnic event at the hotel and I saw a couple arguing so I approached them and asked them to either take it outside or I would ask them to leave before anyone else got involved especially the children and they left.
3. I have experience of working before.
4. I was a teacher for two years so I learn how to deal and leave with people. I grow up in a well train familly.
5. I have dealt with many unruly people, from experienced fighters at my gym who are going too rough, to breaking up an armed street fight amongst my friends. The fighters in my gym are a calm, calculated bunch in a familiar environment, making them much harder to deal with. My friends however, are on the unfamiliar environment of the street, are wild and unpredictable and are also armed, but easily restrained. These are just a few examples of my adaptability.

7. I have broken up fights that my friends have gotten into with people before. I do not like fighting so I like to try to diffuse the situation before it escalates and gets out of control.

1. I don't like to make any kind of decision without knowing the full picture of what has happened.
2. To deal with aggressive person.
3. It is very easy fo me to forgive and very difficult to betray.
4. The easiest decisions are the most straightforward. A guy is being unruly, you warn/ eject him. A fight breaks out, break it up. The hardest are usually recognition based, for example fake ID spotting and the like.
5. The easiest decision for me to make is the on that gets the job done. The most difficult decision is the one that feels right if I know it is wrong.

1. I think my best asset will be my communication skills. I believe I will be able to diffuse situations before they turn violent. I will try to connect and show the person of conflict that I understand what they are saying and try to let them know that I am just doing my job. I will try to make them realize that they are in the wrong and need to leave for the night. I will be sure to let them know that they are welcome back the next night as long as they do not cause a scene or any more problems.
