I know the Seminole Tribe purchased the casino after raising the funds and have since then turned it into one of the top tourist and entertainment destinations in the world. The games that I have had the opportunity to learn, I have learned quickly. After dealing the various games for a few hours, they seemingly become second nature. The few games I have not had the opportunity to learn such as craps, and roulette are on my to-do list, and I have been looking forward to learning them, given the opportunity to be a better, more flexible team player.

I think one of the most important skills they should posses comes down to how friendly and focused they can be. They need to be able to concentrate on the job to ensure they're dealing it properly according to the process to ensure the guest and the casino both get their fair share out of it and that the experience remains enjoyable for the guests. Entertainment is our product and the dealer needs to be able to sell it to keep them coming back.

I personally hate missing work. I try to never call out and in my 5 years working here I only called out 3 times, once due to car issues and the other two for being very sick. I don't like to put any due stress on my team or management with attempting to fill holes where I was supposed to be so I always stay focused on my schedules so that I can plan as far ahead as possible.
