Everyone has to bend or break rules sometimes, give me an example when you had to do just that.
- OK, I understand. While I cannot answer for exactly how I "had to" do that, I can say that I have been given biblical wisdom as to when it would be right to not obey a rule: if I were to be doing something wrong because I always (can ) know that its wrong.

- Just smile and do your best.
- I usually think about positive things in life and my inspiration like my family.
- I'm very calm under stress and pressure. I had to be working security. You can't get riled up when guest are upset with you or the facility, or if there is a physical confrontation going on and you have to act. That all requires keeping calm and level headed to make the fast proper decisions and say the proper things at the right times. Its all about appearances and the way you carry yourself. If you remain friendly and focused on turning things around so that the guests are enjoying themselves instead of being upset, it's better for everyone in the end.

- The feeling of a win win scenario. When I get pushed out of a table, and shivers run down my spine because we all had a good time. Even the players that lost had a good time.
- Nothing unless there is not a loss of money at stake because Jesus has literally indeed for his good and mine shown me vividly that when its gambling its supposed to be known by all that its wrong but enjoyable jobs are THERE!!!...

What do you feel is the most important skill a blackjack dealer should possess?
- "integrity" which very purposely means that the person should not work in that position or quit the job :D
- Happy but need to be responsibility as a dealer.
- Should know how to count the card fast.
- I think one of the most important skills they should posses comes down to how friendly and focused they can be. They need to be able to concentrate on the job to ensure they're dealing it properly according to the process to ensure the guest and the casino both get their fair share out of it and that the experience remains enjoyable for the guests. Entertainment is our product and the dealer needs to be able to sell it to keep them coming back.
