Answer Example
"My colleagues would say that I am optimistic, as I see setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. There is a creative solution to any problem, and I enjoy the challenge of discovering it. In one instance, my colleagues from my last job were upset about budget cuts to our department. I devised a few creative ways to maintain some of our resources on a small budget. My ideas were discussed by upper management and were eventually implemented."
