As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll not only work one on one with a patient but you may also be a part of a multidisciplinary team. Describe your role when you work on a team. Tell the interviewer if you've been in a leadership position, took charge on a project or was recognized for your interaction with clients or staff. Provide an example of how you successfully completed a team task or project. Discuss any challenges and how you resolved it.
