In compliance you have products or services that are considered a high priority for compliance and those items would be the ones that I give the top priority to.

Yes, I had a supervisor ask me to change the status on a client on an governmental application for a loan to married filing separately from married filing joint, his reason was by changing the filing status changed the clients adjusted gross income. I felt this was situation where the supervisor wanted me to compromise my integrity and I detailed how the clients adjusted income could only change if client received a raise or a cut in pay that just changing the filing status did not change their adjusted gross income.

Yes, there a time when my supervisor did not particularly uphold the value of respect. I decided to have an open and private discussion with my supervisor which was not an easy task because of her attitude. I politely and honestly told my supervisor how I felt because of the disrespect with the result that she stared treating me better from that day and the situation improved.

When discussing with the CEO of Bright Horizons financial we were discussing pricing for clients who entered into the financial coaching courses. I did research on the financial break down of the clients who would use our service and determined that the spread was wide and thus coming up with a pricing matrix that would broaden the offering to more clients. The pricing matrix was accepted and implemented.

Same when seniors where on the leave I stood up for the new assignment.
