      How to Answer

Answer this question by providing evidence of your time management skills.

      Answer Example

"I frequently work on multiple projects simultaneously, which I throughly enjoy. To make sure I meet deadlines, I identify the most pressing projects based upon their due dates, and use to-do lists and a calendar to keep track of all upcoming duties and important events. I review my lists every morning and at the end of each day to ensure the duties assigned were completed in a successful fashion. I also do not hesitate to work overtime if necessary."

      Anonymous Answer

"I keep track of my projects by building a Gantt chart and establishing a calendar record that informs me of all due dates as I multitask. I consistently check my calendar and my Gantt chart both in the morning and in the evening before I leave work. If I need to work later than expected, I would not hesitate to do so. However, I always attempt to complete assignments ahead of schedule."
