What decisions are easiest for you to make? What are the most difficult?

The easiest decisions for me to make are redirecting the children and stating rules in a positive manner. The hardest ones are taking privileges away from them and watching them cry.

Close nit decisions are easier because I have experience with the environment. Places where I'm not familiar with are a bit more difficult but can be thought out.

In a group project, fellow peer told me what they thought was best for the project and I still did it my way although it wasn't completed wrong, it wasn't fully correct.
