As a used car manager I had to attend many auctions through out east coast in my previous job, new auction mean new people, so you always had to get used to the auctioneers, other dealers and of course administration to get things done smoothly without running into any problems.

I have a leadership quality, it comes only when I know what I am doing.

Most people do know know about the process of repairing there car, I spent the time to explain the coming events that puts there minds at ease, I have worked in very small to very large shops, I known the issues, I am very use to the cold calls, walking up to a new shop, to yard, etc.

What are the steps you follow to study a problem before making a decision?

Carefully analyze the situation, look for best solution, make sure that solution is in accordance with company policy, run it by my senior or who ever I answer to and proceed.

I see how it happened, what is benifical way to sort this out, and how can I prevent the loss in future.

Do full inspection, asses value, asses time, and past experience.

There were times as a used car manager when the amount of vehicles that I had to purchase in a week were practically impossible but time management and use of technology helped me over come the problem.

Yes, super storm sandy, every one was, you sit back asses the the work flow, make a plan of attack by location, and priority.

My experience of inspecting vehicle , paying attention to every little detail and always coming up with a best solution that works out for both my company and our customer.
2.
Being with a company where I can have a stability and rise in my job.
3.
Dealing with the vehicle owners, I have the right personality to let them feel comfortable with my experience knowing that they might not know what the next step is going to be, but I do and will walk them though it.
