5. I fell in love with cars at 14 when my dad had me help him rebuild a motor. Ever since then I've wanted to learn all that I could about cars. My dad is a good mechanic, but he doesn't know body work, so ever since I helped him rebuild that first motor I decided I wanted to become an auto body technician.

1. When I sold GM parts, we were switching everything over from book logs and orders to online logs and orders. I had several suggestions that I felt would make the process easier or faster. I politely explained them to my boss. Rarely he would agree we could try it, when he didn't agree, I simply said ok and did what he told me to do, how he told me to do it.

1. When I was working a wheel housing and my classmate took over and messed it up I was kind of disappointed but he tried to help which was nice.

2. When a class member took over my project and messed it up. I was upset but it was nice of him to try to help.

3. When technicians work for a body shop, I believe we are a team. There is a lot of heavy lifting in a shop, mechanic or body work, it only takes a few moments to help your teammate (coworker) lift a bed, lift a hood, hang a door etc. The only time I have had a difficulty with a coworker is when he refused to help 3 of us put a bed back on a truck frame. And I handled that situation by very politely ignoring his rude no and snard remarks, and going to my boss, politely explaining the situation so that it was in his hands and not mine. I will always avoid a confrontation with a coworker.

4. When I seen some one take a short cut on a job and I explain to them what could happen but he argue with me and sent the car out and it was sent back because the customer wasn't happy with the quality of this person work.

1. By thinking clearly and making sure I categorize every thing I do. Take pictures if nessary.
