      Experienced Example

"Early in my career, I was tasked with building a new team within the youth soccer program. I needed to hire a coach and support staff and drum up enough participants to justify the new program. I was very proud that in just a few short months, that program was fully staffed and full of participants; we even had a waitlist. It was an early accomplishment but one that I am proud of."

"Understanding our budget constraints and our need for new uniforms, I spoke to our team and set a fundraising goal for us to be able to purchase uniforms. I motivated our student-athletes and coaches daily on the importance of doing their part to help the team reach its goal. After our card sale, we surpassed our goal and the student-athletes received new jerseys and we were really excited about that."
