What do you see as your biggest strength?

To be a successful personal injury attorney, you can have a variety of skills and strengths. While interviewers often ask about weaknesses, they also want to see that you know your strengths. Sometimes it can be difficult to name your specific strengths. When you excel at something, you may not realize that not everyone can do it well. Take time to understand your strengths. Answer Example

"My biggest strength is that I am a learner. I have always excelled in school because I love learning new information. Outside of school, I continue to seek opportunities to expand my knowledge, whether that is attending a conference or simply reading a new book. This is also one reason I got into law. It's a profession where things can change so you always have to stay on top with continuing education in addition to gaining real-world experience."
