As previoulsy mentioned I am used to working to timescales and carrying a complex case load. I am aware whn to seek support and advise.
I have experince and knowledge of working in crisis situations and under pressurised time scales I am aware of the need to take care of my own well being and have an awareness when I need to seek support and advice.
I'm able to work under stress.. I don't let rudeness or stress get the best way of me it doesn't effect how I talk to my customers.

In an attempt to increase sales I was tasked with finding products that weren't moving. I performed a query on many products through Blackboard the point of sale software to determine the products that were selling the least and most.
Being triple sat as a waitress ... I got all tables drinks first then orders and everything went smoothly.

Yes, there were a few occasions where I make mistakes updating numbers for guest events. In one instance there was not enough menu food for guests and substitutes had to be provided.
Rarely criticized, but when I was criticized I listened and improved. Turn it into positivity and make improvement.
