"I believe my most successful leadership experience so far has been leading a committee that reports to the executive team about the current risks in the business units. Our committee spends the entire quarter analyzing the procedures of different departments and shares what we observed. Along with the observations, we provide recommendations on how to mitigate various risks we identified. The executive team can then decide how to move forward."
