      Answer Example

"I evaluate my success in two ways: short-term and long-term. I am a list maker, so I routinely write down my goals for the week. I define success as completing the items on my list. I say this is successful because it reflects that I managed my time as I expected and that I had realistic goals set. In the long term, I rely on feedback to evaluate if I am being successful. If clients refer their friends and family, I believe that is a success. When my partner assigned me a challenging project, I thought of that as a success because it showed that he trusted me and appreciated my previous work."
