"I would describe myself as a great listener. Life taught me that listening is more important than talking in both personal and professional relationships. One has to listen to understand their colleagues, customers, and business partners. When we understand them and their needs, we can deliver excellent communication, be it a negotiation, a sales pitch, an explanation of a problem."
