Before the interview, consider all CAD resources, virtual events, and professional development courses that have helped you expand your professional skillset and that you can offer the company. When you're asked about trends, highlight a few relevant topics that you think are most important in the industry- consider what colleagues are currently talking about and the direction the profession is going. Mention a specific story, event, or attention-grabbing social media thread.
