3. Public speaking would be something I have trouble with I am a shy person. But I have been improving on that ever since I have been taking a speech class in college had really improved my weakness.

4. Overthinking. When I have so much time, I will look at every possible situation and outcome, even when they are extremely unlikely. By thinking to much about those, I get distracted from my work. I have been trying to combat this by recently by trusting my gut decision more often. I still like to consider possible outcomes, but I limit myself by thinking of outcomes that are likely to happen, then go from there.

4. Pretty well. I think I usually remain calm, allowing me to not get too stressed out. When I am under pressure, it gives me a rush which allows me to work very diligently yet very fast. If I come up with two or three possible solutions, the pressure allows me to analyze those solutions more quickly so I can come to an answer that I am most confident in.

1. I have to adapt to a wide variety of people every day serving in public health. I see patients from all types of backgrounds. I have to adapt to Spanish speaking patients, different levels of education, children, and adults.

4. When I had my internship at JPMorgan, I had the opportunity to shadow a lot of people. All of these people were completely different and had a variety of different jobs. Most of the people were very nice and showed me what they did and how they did it. Some of the people were typical americans, but others were from countries like the UK, India, and China. They had very different personalities, but we were able to get along and I was able to learn more about different roles available within the firm and why they were present.

1. It happened when my Branch managerwill be out on a client call and an approval on transaction has to be made, which is under the jurisdiction of the branch head, I had to step up and look at the risk involved and do everything I can to get information to support my decision,

2. The last time I had to make a quick decision was when I worked in Thomasville and we had a patient come in that was having trouble breathing. I had to make the quick decision to make her sit down, check her O2 sat and go from there.

In my line of work where decisions had to be made when it comes to approving bank transactions, my co worker sometimes would havea different interpretation of the policy, so if that is the case, I would have to lay down why my idea would be the right one at that moment by pointing out the risk if necessary and the benefit it would do for the company, in that way my coworker would have a clearer picture of my idea and sometimes, most of the time, she will be the one to agree in the end.

1. This happened on my previous work whereinI had to negotiate with a client to submit necessary documents to process the transactions, those are the documents set by the bank in order to push through with the transaction, but unfortunately the client doesnt have those documents,I wouldnt want to lose the business because she is a big client, so I had to think out of the box, find ways where both parties will benefit without putting the company at risk, documents would still be submitted but at a later date, with an agreement to fulfill on the promised time.

2. I have to negotiate with kids all the time at work. I have to negotiate them getting a shot in exchange for a sticker.

3. Negotiation was a key function of my position at CHK. Highlighting the current or potential benefits associated with a particular asset was thrilling.

4. At my current job I had to negotiate prices with a distribution center.

1. When given a load of casework to process. The first thing I usually do is organize it an exell sheet for example and prioritize it.

2. I always set a time frame for each project or scope of work I need to do in order for me to keep track of my progress and determine If I am being slow or fast . In that way I would be able to gauge If I need to do something to improve or find ways or means to make the work easier and faster.

3. I make a list of things I have to do and check them off as I complete them.

4. Create a schedule and a list of tasks that are performed at a certain time. I understand that things can happen to throw this out of "rhythm" but if I abide by the process I have established I am very confident that all responsibilities will be completed prior to and if not before all deadlines.

1. Though I have a general idea of what an appraiser does without much personal experience, I know it is something I would appreciate doing. I always liked calculations, auditing, measuring etc, i'm also a quick learner. I think that with a combination of good training. I would be the best appraiser for you.

1. It happened all the time onpmy previous work in the Phil as a Service Officer in a bank, wherein my Branch Manager whenver he is on a client call, usually delegates to me or give me authority on transactions in the bank that needs immediate disposition or approval. We already had an understanding that in these situtations, my judgement would be necessary, and it is part of my duty as a Service officer, as long as this will not jeopardize or put the company at risk or loss.

1. I had a patient whom I had to figure out what shots she previously had recieved and not recieved. I had to go above and beyond by calling around to 3 different doctors offices and enter all the information that I recieved into a data base called GRITS.

2. One time our company had lost a big order for a customer and they were there to pick it up and I had to work very hard to have it all ready within a hour.

3. At JPMorgan, I was given a project to convert over 700 clients to a new trade confirmation method. The project was given to me about half way through July, and it was to be completed by the time I left was the second week of august. I had to work quickly but carefully to get this done fast yet accurately. I ended up taking shorter lunches and staying later just to try and finish the project. In the end, I was able to finish the project on the very last day of the internship.
