In my line of work where decisions had to be made when it comes to approving bank transactions, my co worker sometimes would havea different interpretation of the policy, so if that is the case, I would have to lay down why my idea would be the right one at that moment by pointing out the risk if necessary and the benefit it would do for the company, in that way my coworker would have a clearer picture of my idea and sometimes, most of the time, she will be the one to agree in the end.

2. I listened and to their point of view and we calmly discussed our differences on the idea.
