How to Answer
The interviewer wants to hear that you are aware that you have room for growth. Provide an example of something that you could improve. This could be something that has been pointed out by your peers or even in a performance evaluation. Maybe there is something that you have noticed about yourself that you could work on. After providing an example of a growth opportunity, explain how you could be a better Analytical Chemist if you were to focus on that growth opportunity.

"If you were to contact my supervisor I believe that they would identify my biggest growth opportunity as keeping my work well organized. Sometimes I am working on so many tasks at once and while I am aware of where everything is that I need, it is not always easy for my coworkers to find things in my workspace. I know that if I were to keep things more organized, it would be easier for my coworkers to jump in and assist with tasks if I am out on vacation and this is something that I have actively been working on improving."
