About Our Interview Questions

Our interview questions are created by writers, almost all of which, have a long history of recruiting and interviewing candidates. They do not necessarily have experience interviewing or working with companies, careers, or schools, in which they may write for on MockQuestions.com. We do, however, strive to match their background and expertise with the appropriate question sets found on our website.

Our careers, companies, industries, and schools may have duplicate interview questions and answers found elsewhere on our website. Specifically, our companies and our graduate school interviews. For these two, we use the industry in which we believe the company most well-represents and the graduate programs, as the basis for the interview questions and answers that generate for each company or school.

The intent of MockQuestions.com is for our users to build confidence for their job interview, by using our thousands of interview questions and answers as they practice and prepare for their interview. We believe, most of our visitors can become more likely to succeed in their job interview with hard-work and practice. We believe, the key to success is for our users to rehearse with our interview questions while using our answer examples as an idea generator for their own interview answers. We strongly want to discourage users from memorizing our answer examples. That is not the purpose of our website.

About Aerobics Instructor

August 17th, 2017

Aerobics instructors lead individual students or classes in physical exercises that are designed to improve cardiovascular performance. They instruct individuals during exercise by demonstrating how to perform various movements and routines and monitoring their performance. This work is typically done inside indoor gyms and other recreational facilities, and also outdoors in parks. Working hours vary and may include weekends or evenings in order to accommodate the clientele. Education requirements also vary. In addition to a high school diploma, certain certifications or licenses may be required depending on locale and business.

Job openings for aerobics instructors can be found by applying directly at gyms, recreational centers, and independent fitness studios. Vacancies can also be found through online job boards like Indeed and Craigslist. The interview will assess your credentials and past work history, as well as your personality fit with the culture and values at the company that you're applying to. You'll be expected to connect with that company's specific clientele and possibly design a program suitable for that demographic. Technical knowledge and professionalism will be crucial aspects of the interview.

To prepare for an interview for aerobics instructors, think about how you can interpret your knowledge of cardiovascular fitness and adapt it into an engaging program. Define your motivational style so that you can explain how you get your students and clients to improve their fitness and differentiate between group and individual motivation. The interviewer will want to see that you're a good fit for their clientele. As an aerobics instructor, you'll be representing the company. As such, you'll be expected to also provide excellent customer service, so an energetic, positive, and professional demeanor is important.
