Investigation is important along with research because it makes me a more knowledgeable counselor. If its something I dont know to just google and read up on it.

How closely do you follow rules?

I try to follow rules as accurate as humanely possible. Especially if my short cuts would be a disservice to someone.

Have you ever conducted a hearing before?

No but I've provided testimony.

I have not conducted a hearing yet. However I am finishing my bachelor's in criminal justice so I know the basics and my best friend is an attorney I have helped him in cases too. I also was wrongfully accused once and I represented myself pro se.

Yes. Administrative Probation Modification.

No. I have been involved in at least hundreds of hearings and have recently become a certified mediator.

No but i have coordinated large committee meetings where committee members made important decisions on guidance about using medical procedures.
