My greatest strength is my ability to adapt to change. In my current role with Chase bank, changes in policy and procedure can occur almost daily. I'm constantly checking my email and our guidelines for updates and sometimes talk with coworkers to make sure that we are both informed on the latest policy.

I sometimes get too preoccupied with the details at the expense of a timely solution. I'm learning that it is sometimes necessary to build up from first principles, but other times we should take some things as given to achieve a speedy solution.
