1. Possibly my one time management and delegation. In my previous role, I would have different projects with different priorities and deadlines attached to them. I struggled to keep my head above the water, with all the work I had assigned to me. I was encouraged by my mentor to come up with a system that would list my current projects and order these in terms or priority. This would then give me a better understanding of what I had on my plate and give me the opportunity to identify what tasks I could delegate to junior teammates.
