Why the Interviewer Asks This Question

A good educator is passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students succeed. They are knowledgeable in their subject matter and understand how to effectively communicate information to others. They are patient, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their students learn and grow. A great educator cares deeply about their students and is committed to helping them achieve their full potential. They inspire, motivate, and challenge their students to be the best they can be, both inside and outside the classroom. Overall, a good educator is someone who is not only knowledgeable and skilled in their craft but also compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the success of their students.

If you could sum up your teaching style in just three words, what would they be? Display to the interviewer that you are a good fit by choosing unique and descriptive words. If there are keywords that are used quite often in the job posting, job description, or the school's values, you can draw on those as well.
