What is your proudest moment as a teacher or leader?

As an academic dean, you will have many students and faculty looking up to you. Your passion for the job must shine through during your interview! Talk to the interviewer about what the proudest moment in your career has been so far. As an educator, you may have many proud moments throughout your career. Perhaps one that stands out is when a struggling student came to you after class and thanked you for believing in them and pushing them to succeed. It can be incredibly gratifying to see your impact on this student and to know that your efforts made a real difference in their life. Another proud moment could be when a group of your students won a national competition in their field of study. Seeing their hard work and dedication pay off can be truly inspiring and make you proud to be their teacher. Overall, being a leader is a challenging and rewarding profession, and you should be grateful for all of the proud moments you have experienced.
