That depends on the value of traded securities, business cycle and how badly others want money. If only you can supply the money and others need it, law of demand and supply means you can set its value at whatever you want.
Zero there is no intresnic value for money and its just an agreement with other if you only have there no value eventualy its like a stones&soil in filed.
