Yes if disaggrement is constructive and able to convince to the team leader.

Yes its every possible to be a good team mmeber and still disagree, some times the best solutions come from disagreements.

I do. It is fine to disagree and challenge a decision professionally. However, the leader is the leader for a reason and should be respected.

Yes I believe that time to time its okay to raise voice when there is a disagreement because that is how as a team can come up with a better solution.

Absolutely. There have been occasions when I have disagreed with my manager, but, when it comes down to it, the decision is up to the leader and then you adapt your outlook to best benefit the team.
