      "I am meticulous and I like to strategize before I commit to any work. I like to make sure a concrete proposal is communicated, endorsed, and agreed upon. Otherwise, I do feel resource wastage leads to nowhere. We must write down our goals, objectives, and the incremental benefits of the work. Once this is aligned, we then put up a Project Timeline on who does what and by when. I like to initiate weekly meetings to address any issues or discussions if any.
      This way we can identify areas that contributed well and a callout recognition to the team so that they are happy to continue with the performance. but we also need to redirect to areas where improvements are required. Once I established an end-to-end circle of management. I am confident in dealing with any task/project coming my way."
