      Anonymous Answer

"I love a challenge. The idea of having projects, or even daily tasks to accomplish in an efficient manner is what I am all about. If I don't have a challenge given to me I always find myself challenging myself, trying to get faster, better more efficient. Would you like an example of this?"

      Chad's Feedback

Great! It sounds like you are motivated by a sense of accomplishment, and energized by opportunities to test yourself, learn and create efficiencies. Also, asking the interviewer if they would like an example is a nice touch, as it creates an opportunity for dialogue. Be sure to have an example prepared, in the event it is needed.
