Yes, I am a team player but one that also has the ability to work individually. NAVFAC-SW here at NAS Lemoore is a team and we're all individual players who are counted on to perform to the best at our ability to work towards the overall success at NAVFAC-SW. In our goal towards success there are times we're work independently or as part of a team. I am comfortable and happy to do either whenever the need arises.

Its an encouragement for my efforts. And makes me to do my job more better to earn more.
Very important. I hope to be rich one day so I will need to be paid very well.
Salary is important to all of us but I know the starting pay for a WG01-Step 1 and am comfortable with that amount as a starting point in this next step of my professional career.

I want to be part of something bigger than myself. I am not flying an aircraft or fighting in a conflict but if my work contributes to the success of the fleet then that I definitely an organization I want to be a member of.

Why did you choose this career path?
Its an evergreen path, old one. And I am interested too.
I am passionate what I do do something I always wanted.
Honestly, I fell in to it. I was working in an entire career path until May of 2008 when the Recession caused my employer to restructure, which led to my loss of employment. I have a friend who is a pipefitter and I was quickly hired as an apprentice and then moved to a purchasing manager and warehouse supervisor due to my computer skills.

I would like to be perefect in my work, for that case I would take extra time in doing that work, and fear about losing, and prefering hardwork than smartwork.

As a managing director in my career, and as a family man with good life as personnel.

My great weakness is I have a past filled with bad judgments, selfish decisions and disregard for consequences. I am not the same person I was when I behaved this way but I still carry the shame of my past, which causes self doubt on occasion.
