How would you describe your passion for this organization and industry?
Passion is especially important if you are working in the helping field. When you are in a position to support other people, working for a non-profit or in the medical field, you may feel overworked and underappreciated at times. If you're not passionate about the work you're doing, how will you stay motivated? Passion for many is what keeps them motivated on those hard days. Describe your passion by explaining your interest in the position and what drives you to work in the industry. If you are passionate about the organization, explain what it is about them that ignites that excitement! Give an example of something they are doing to make an impact in the community or even on a larger scale.

I am proud to say I work for NAVFAC-SW at NAS Lemoore. I enjoy my job and my co-workers, most of the time. When asked what type of work I do I gladly explain what I do without falsely glorifying or making exaggerated comments about my employment.
