Concerning our fraud cases, I had to decide if the information that the person sent in was sufficient enough and/or valid. Concerning our check customers, if they were eligible for additional services.

I met ad exceeded my metrics the entire time I was employed.I was told that I am kind and respectful, good listener, and the desire to solve problems.
