- Less competition and bidding wars, so you never overpay
- You have a fresh, clean start rather than having to do renovations
- Your home is more likely to be modern and up to date
- A new home will be more energy efficient since it's made with newer materials

"There are many advantages that I can express to Company ABC clients when it comes to building a home with us versus purchasing an older home. Most exciting, in my opinion, is all of the customizations that can take place. From details such as floor plan, cabinetry, flooring, and hardware; a new home builder will allow you to have a say in so much more! Who doesn't love the idea of moving into a house that was built just for them."
