"I prefer a predetermined set of rules since claims work is policy-driven. Policy rules are concrete so it is important in insurance to follow a predetermined set of rules that are policy-based. There are the occasional random tasks that require some outside-of-the-box thinking and this is when creative thinking is beneficial."

      Marcie's Feedback

Great! You've done a good job here of explaining why following a predetermined set of rules is beneficial in this type of work. It's also good that you recognize that there will be times when you need to think outside of the box too. Can you provide an example of a time when you had to think creatively and did so successfully? Adding this will show that you are capable of both types of thinking. Good job!
