While all of the preparation, research and work that goes into setting up and implementing a training program is important, it is equally important to evaluate a program's effectiveness for future use and learning and ghSMART & Company recognizes this. Make sure to highlight some reasons as to why proper evaluation of a training program is important. An organization needs to know if the expected results were achieved to either replicate the training for future use if they were or to alter the approach if they weren't. If you have any direct experience in evaluating programs, be sure to talk in detail about that experience.
