"I have always handled stress well on the job, and when you call my references, they will attest to this fact. When I am under pressure on the job, I focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. Staying on a deadline is very helpful, and I will delegate when necessary to alleviate some stress. I give a lot of credit to my ability to use tools and resources to keep my work organized and on track. Sometimes this means setting aside 20 minutes at the beginning and end of each day to set a plan of action."
