Great Question! There have been a great deal of difficult customers that I had to deal with during my Time at Circle K. There was a customer that used a coupon from Kmart to get 20 cents off per gallon and I added the discount to their payment for gas at the register but the price didn't change at the pump. I told the customer I added the 20 cents off for your gas but their isn't anything I can do with what shows up outside at the pump. I don't control what happens on the pumps. All I do is preset the pumps with what you want. IF you would like you can talk to BP or corporate about. I'm sorry.

I had a limited amount of time to get ready one morning, I got it done by doing it right and making sure that everything was done quickly but right.

Great Question. That is usually how it working overnights at a Gas Station. It usually varies on what area you are in that determines the traffic of customers. I have been working nights for 2 years so I have it all broken down on what needs to be done at a particular time. I focus on the main important duties and once I complete those I would focus on the extra duties that I was assigned.

For any timed assignment I had in High School, I would usually get as much done as possible early on so that I would have less to worry about later and more room to make changes.

We had to submit at least 20 pages of research paper so I put in more work to get the job done by the deadline.

The way I communicate my ideas with others is by giving my opinion on how something could be done and if they agree we will figure out a compromise agreement on how it could be done.

A challenge I've endured would have to be when I was put to the test to finish two art pieces in one weekend. I had to carefully plan out my days so I had time to finish each art piece while having enough time to do any daily activities.

I asked for other's help and put in twice the amount of work.

My most challenging occurrence was rude people who came in and disrespected the store as well as me and I handled it by keeping my cool and treating them with respect regardless of their attitude.

My most challenging occurrence at work would have to be when I served about 7 or 8 hungry men at one time. I overcame it, by simply having the patience and making sure that their orders were absolutely correct. They left with smiles on their face.

My greatest weakness are being a perfectionist but I have solved that by doing things right the first time so I wouldn't have to go back and try to perfect it.

I'd say that my greatest weakness is procrastination. Sometimes, when a task seems difficult and daunting, it's hard to me to get moving and started on it. But, once I break through the wall of initiating the task, it becomes easy for me to get the job done. I've taken steps to work on this problem by making an effort to keep in mind the fact that most things aren't as difficult as they seem, and once that first step is taken, it will never be as daunting as it once was.

For any timed assignment, I'd do the assignment in sections. Depending on the assignment, I do the more difficult parts first.

I had to use management skill at work when it was slow and I had suggested we work on overstock to pass the time and do something productive with our time.

When I would get up for school I would already have my book bag packed and my clothes layed out so when I got up all I had to do was put my clothes on and leave.

I was falling behind with time and had only 15 minutes till shift end I did what I thought a manager would do I picked up the pace and finished it even though it got dpne late I stayed til it was finished.
