Do you work better individually or in a team environment?

I function well either way but a team environment makes me even better.

Team environment. It is always helpful to be able to have other people to share ideas with and work with to accomplish a task.

Describe a time when you had a limited amount of time to do something. How did you get it done?

Great Question. That is usually how it working overnights at a Gas Station. It usually varies on what area you are in that determines the traffic of customers. I have been working nights for 2 years so I have it all broken down on what needs to be done at a particular time. I focus on the main important duties and once I complete those I would focus on the extra duties that I was assigned.

For any timed assignment I had in High School, I would usually get as much done as possible early on so that I would have less to worry about later and more room to make changes.

We had to submit at least 20 pages of research paper so I put in more work to get the job done by the deadline.

I had to finish my graduation project within a few months and I was going to try to interview the police but waited to late and had to restart it and I changed it and got done with on in a few weeks.

In basic we had 15 minutes to figure out how to get a barrel and all our battle buddies from one end of obsticle to the other . We worked together and communicated very well had it finished before the timer beeped.

I use to close at burger King every night and we were limited on time we all just had to work as a team.

There were many times in high school where I was faced with an announcement of a very difficult test without much notice. I would always try to spread my studying time out evenly, and work efficiently while still keeping up with the pace required.

I had an inspection on my house and I made sure the main areas of the house were presentable for the inspection knowing the other parts of the house were less important.

I generally pride myself in completing my assignments before they are due, however there have been a few times when I cut it close. I had an assignment due on Monday it was the weekend so I just Pierre stronghold and got it done.

Once, a commissioner was very rude to me for not enjoying their artwork after I had finished even when I had met their standard. I apologized and calmly told them that I would give them a full refund if necessary and they declined.

Great Question! There have been a great deal of difficult customers that I had to deal with during my Time at Circle K. There was a customer that used a coupon from Kmart to get 20 cents off per gallon and I added the discount to their payment for gas at the register but the price didn't change at the pump. I told the customer I added the 20 cents off for your gas but their isn't anything I can do with what shows up outside at the pump. I don't control what happens on the pumps. All I do is preset the pumps with what you want. IF you would like you can talk to BP or corporate about. I'm sorry.

While working at Walmart I had a rude customer come though the apparel section of the cloths and unfold all the clothes I just folded then walked away laughing.

I had messed a guys order up one time and he came in cussing. I kept calm and told him I would get it fixed right away, which I did.

I have not ever dealt with a customer per say, but I have dealt with difficult people in my life. I've learned that being difficult right back towards them is never a good idea. It's always much better to respond with kindness, and to respect whatever it is that is upsetting them, and to work towards solving that problem. If the person continues to be difficult, it would normally be best to leave them be. However, in a work environment such as this one, I would direct the person to a manager.

Stay calm and listen carefully dont give him/her any suggestion try to solve problem with polite way and try to make hi/her happy.

I have never had a job before so I have never had to deal with a customer but if I did I would listen carefully and apologize and try to help them the best I could.
