My father once told me that whatever I do for a living should be something I love; otherwise, I wouldn't be happy. That's what launched my career pursuits. After gaining some real-world experience, I decided to reevaluate some of my goals, one of which is to work with a company I would love to work for, and that's what leads me here today."

"I would respectfully decline. Performing unsafe behavior that violates the code of conduct won't win me any points, and refusing wouldn't be a cause for reprimand. I would decline and ask them if they commonly encouraged behavior that put their staff at risk."

But, when I look at my amicable relationship with my employers, there is ground for trust. So, I decided to act with integrity and give them beyond the typical notice so they could prepare to fill the role. This, in turn, resulted in them giving me this glowing letter of recommendation."

"I think the most consistent risk I take is stepping outside my comfort zone. I am always pushing the envelope to see how far I can push my skills, so I am always learning and growing. And I do, and most often, I succeed in my efforts, and the next time I do it better. It's gotten to the point that I feel it would be a greater risk to stop doing this. I didn't cut corners and made sure the quality of my work was top-notch."
