Tell me about a job or setting where great precision to detail was required to complete a task. How did you handle that situation?

When going into Iraq, we had a fleet of 1,000 pieces of equipment. It took oversight on every piece of equipment to make sure that it was 100% up to standard. No shortcuts were done and we worked 18 hours a day for over a month to get the job done. It was a daunting task but in the end we completed the mission.

How has work at your last company changed you as a person?

I learned to work with co-workers of the Filipino races. I was the only one that was not Filipino and had do adapt to there culture. They spoke there own language on a daily basis. Being in a position were I am the minority gave me a perspective of there way of life and allowed me to feel what they endured in a minority race. I also learned from my other fellow employees techniques learning different approaches and solving problems.

It has helped me gain experience with teamwork, and providing great service.

I have become more personable and better understand the importance of customers.

After almost 21 years in the army I feel that I can listen as well as lead. It is importatnt to be thorough in every task that we have.

I have an extensive background in construction and customer service; as well as experience in sales and the rental field. I always meet or beat customers expectations and always able to be a great rapport with customers and co-workers. I always try to find a sale or an add on to a rental contract also.
