When going into Iraq, we had a fleet of 1,000 pieces of equipment. It took oversight on every piece of equipment to make sure that it was 100% up to standard. No shortcuts were done and we worked 18 hours a day for over a month to get the job done. It was a daunting task but in the end we completed the mission.

How has work at your last company changed you as a person?

I learned to work with co-workers of the Filipino races. I was the only one that was not Filipino and had do adapt to there culture. They spoke there own language on a daily basis. Being in a position were I am the minority gave me a perspective of there way of life and allowed me to feel what they endured in a minority race. I also learned from my other fellow employees techniques learning different approaches and solving problems.

It has helped me gain experience with teamwork, and providing great service.

I always meet or beat customers expectations and always able to be a great rapport with customers and co-workers. I always try to find a sale or an add on to a rental contract also.

I am not looking for a job, I am looking for a career. I applied to this job not only because it fits my skill- set, but because I believe I will excel within this type of work environment . I am confident in my ability to work within and on my own. As your company encourages both solo and group efforts, I believe that this is a perfect environment for me.

What was your typical work week like at your current or previous job?

Open and close store, reserve future rentals, open and close rental contrtacts, track delinquent contracts or bills, and balance dailey sales. B2B calls to increase customer base and improve monthly totals from previous year. Train customers on how to use equipment. Schedule delivery and pick up times and dates of equipment. Follow through on potential rentals and used equipment sales.

Meeting and greeting customers, establishing new rental and sales accounts, manage all rental quotes, reservations, contracts, and invoices, and coordinating and tracking all delivery and pick-up rentals.

8-6 m-F morning meeting to set plan for the day interact with sales team during interactions and ensuring to make sure clients have had all questions answered.

7 days a week, 24 hours a day even when I am off the job.
