If you haven't looked at the company website by now, go ahead and do it! Investigate the careers section and read about the history and any press releases that show the latest news about Under Armour. Make a list! You might mention you were impressed with their global philanthropy and the organizations they have founded to support women and military. You could also talk about their values and how important it is for you to work for such an inspiring and innovative company. It's okay to stroke their ego. In fact, we highly encourage it! Company history, employee reviews, and their mission are all some of the critical areas to touch on. Do your research!
