While hiring managers get a feel for who a candidate is through the application and interview process, I know that they love to hear what others would say about their top candidate. To gauge your self-reflection skills, the team at the USPS expects you to discuss what your previous colleagues would say about you.

Before your interview with the United States Postal Service, take a moment to reflect on your interactions with your previous boss and closest colleagues, and come prepared to discuss direct feedback you've received throughout your career. If you find yourself at a loss for words, look at your resume and think of some of your daily responsibilities. If you were quick to listen and take action when they asked you to complete a task, they would probably describe you as proactive. If you were consistently positive even when times were tough for the company, your employer might say that you were a pillar of strength on which they could always rely. Think of some qualities that make you a fantastic new hire!
