Think about Target's aesthetic, brand, and foundational beliefs: the interviewer wants to know that you can already see how you would fit in the Target family. Maybe describe what 'Expect More. Pay Less.' means to you, talk about the things that excite you about the Target brand, or mention unique things that you would bring to the Target environment.
