From Front of Store to Beauty to Sales Floor associates, Target is all about creating great customer experiences. If you don't have any retail experience, that's okay! You have likely gained the skills and experience needed to make customers happy through your professional and personal relationships -- and you can let the interviewer know that you are excited to make the transition to retail and learn more about the industry! If you do have experience, that's great -- give the interviewer an overview of your job duties and be sure to let them know how much you enjoy the industry.
