How will a part-time job at Taco Bell conflict with your current schedule?

I use to work at CVS and when I had and unruly customer come at me I stayed calm stayed happy and asked what they needed and if I could fulfill there need I would point them to the nearest manager or assistant.

I had a experience with this person who get really upset. I stay calm and ask them what's wrong and try to figure out a solution.

I havent dealt with and outrageous customer but I have dealt with high tension situations with people before and ive been able to calm the people involved down pretty well.

I havent actually worked, but in Keystone (the leadership program), I had to sell tickets for an event. A lady came up to me to complain because she didnt receive something from last year's event, so I told her I am very sorry for that. That this year it is being ran by different people and that wont happen again. I also told her that I can try to receive those pictures again.

Having never worked before, I can't answer that with an anecdote. However, I can say that if I was in that situation, I would do my best to stay calm. Never try to snap at a customer if you can help it. It only adds fuel to the fire. If things escalate too much, I can always consult my manager. They're the ones that are allowed to disagree with a customer. As an employee, it is simply my job to give the best service possible, and to alleviate any potential frustrations a customer may have.

I talked to them as calmly as possible and would have explain their situation to me. I would do what I could, but if it was outside my jurisdiction I would contact my manager.

Have you ever worked until 2am? How do you know you are able to handle late working hours?

A late night schedual wouldn't work well due to the fact that I would be doing school work and research.

No. I can handle it when I get used to working here.

I have not and I have never tried it but ive had no issues staying up untill increadibly late hours before I felt tired and I can run on lack of sleep without being grumpy.

Ive always got along with my coworkers but if we ever started to not get along I would just ignore the situation and stay doing my job and would talk to my coworker about the situation after we both werent busy.
