A person's financial situation is private, and I would take all necessary measures to keep conversations as private as possible in this role. In my current role, I have frequent private phone conversations with customers and need to keep the same mindset with them as I would in this job."

      What You Need to Know

      As they state in their code of conduct and ethics, "Customer information must be kept private and confidential. We must safeguard customer information and we must not discuss or disclose any customer information, including confirming or denying that an individual or institution is a customer of TD." Your interviewer wants to know how you would exhibit discretion while safeguarding the reputation of TD Bank.
