As a woman and a parent, this really resonates with me. My job search has really made me think about what I want for the remainder of my career, and a big piece of that is new opportunities. I love that Stryker has a vision for seeing what a person is capable of versus what they have done. I feel like I have so much more to give in this field and I'd love the opportunity to do it here. I see this is the perfect environment for me to succeed and thrive in."
