"Learning new skills and techniques is one of my motivating factors. I constantly immerse myself in opportunities both on a local level and national level. At my current company, we have Nexus meetings that allow physicians to better understand how our products work through a didactic course and then on to a cadaver training where they can get their hands on the product. There are excellent learning opportunities for me, too, as I have a chance to use the equipment also and understand better what the physician is experiencing."
