In your opinion, what makes a great company?

"Some companies that I admire are ABC and XYZ corporations given their excellent track record of diversity, inclusion, and community involvement. I find Starbucks to be a great company because it attracts top talent and retains a satisfied and diverse workforce. It's fascinating to witness how Starbucks has carved out a highly recognizable brand all over the world in a busy coffee business environment. The Starbucks mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit -- one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time. That's a pretty exciting mission to be a part of."
